Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development and enhancement of custom applications and components across systems, using modern frameworks and agile practices.
• Act as a subject matter expert, applying deep technical knowledge to improve software architecture and keep solutions robust, scalable and maintainable.
• Own the full stack: build Java back-end services and React front-end experiences.
• Work with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Analyze complex technical challenges and propose innovative approaches to improve system performance and reliability.
• Lead, mentor and support team members, sharing expertise and fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment.
• Take responsibility for team decisions, and contribute to key technical and delivery decisions across multiple teams.
• Drive continuous improvement of development processes, engineering practices and quality standards (code reviews, testing, CI/CD, documentation).
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems within your immediate team and across teams.

Requirements:

• Java back-end development: strong, hands-on experience building enterprise-grade back-end services and APIs.
• React / front-end development: proven experience building responsive, modern user interfaces.
• Techno-functional capability: strong skills in solution design and solutioning, bridging business needs and technical implementation.
• Advanced proficiency in Custom Application Development.
• Advanced proficiency in Software Design & Solutions and Software Engineering.
• Experience leading or guiding engineering teams in an agile environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
