• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, Business or related field.

• Relevant accounting experience with the ability to work independently.

• SQL Account hands-on experience is required.

• Good knowledge of AR, AP, bank reconciliation and basic financial reporting.

• Experience in payroll and routine HR operations, with knowledge of EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB/MTD.

• Familiarity with Malaysian labour law is an advantage.

• Good Chinese communication and reading ability is required; basic English proficiency is necessary. Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Detail-oriented, organised, responsible and trustworthy.

• Able to work independently in a growing SME environment.

Accounts

• Handle daily accounting operations using SQL Account, including AR, AP, invoicing, payments and bank reconciliation.

• Monitor customer outstanding balances, follow up on collections, and verify supplier invoices and payment documents.

• Assist with monthly closingand prepare basicP&L, Sales, COGS, Gross Profit and Expense reports.

• Calculate sales commissions, incentives and payroll-related payments.

• Provide financial data to management and liaise with accountants, auditors and tax agents when required.

Human Resources

• Handle monthly payroll and statutory contributions, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB/MTD.

• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, payroll and HR documentation.

• Handle onboarding, offboarding, probation, confirmation and routine HR matters.

• Assist with recruitment, interview arrangements and HR documentation.

• Maintain basic HR policies and ensure routine HR practices comply with company requirements.
