Role Overview

We are looking for a junior and motivated individual to support the Firm’s day-to-day business operations.

The role provides broad exposure across Trading Operations, Finance and HR administration, with opportunities to support Management on reporting, business planning and other business initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day Trading Operations, including trade processing, settlement monitoring, reconciliations and operational follow-ups.
• Support HR administration, including staff claims, leave tracking and employee records.
• Assist with finance and administrative matters, including invoice processing, payment documentation and record maintenance.
• Assist in the preparation of management reports, business plans, presentations and other internal materials.
• Support ad-hoc business projects, process improvements and other operational matters as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Organised, detail-oriented and willing to learn.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across different functions.
• Prior financial services or operations experience would be advantageous.
• Singaporean or Singapore Resident (Does not require Work Visa/Permit)
