Job Title: Food and Beverage Manager

Job Purpose:

To oversee and manage the complete food and beverage operations of Fresher365, ensuring high-quality service, operational efficiency, financial profitability, and strict compliance with local food safety and hygiene regulations. The role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and driving business growth.

Core Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management & Quality Control

• Manage daily F&B operations to ensure smooth service delivery and optimal customer satisfaction.

• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service excellence across all outlets/channels.

• Establish and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for front-of-house and back-of-house operations.

2. Financial Management & Profitability

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of the F&B department.

• Monitor and control operational costs, including food, beverage, inventory, and labor expenses.

• Analyze sales data and trends to implement pricing strategies and promotional campaigns that maximize revenue.

3. Team Leadership & Talent Management

• Lead, mentor, and manage the F&B team, including service staff, chefs, and supervisors.

• Oversee recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to maintain a highly motivated and skilled workforce.

• Plan labor rosters efficiently to optimize productivity while managing labor costs.

4. Supply Chain & Inventory Control

• Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to negotiate competitive pricing and ensure the timely delivery of quality ingredients.

• Oversee inventory management, stock rotation, and waste reduction strategies.

5. Compliance & Regulatory Standards

• Ensure strict compliance with Singapore’s food safety, health, and sanitation regulations (SFA guidelines).

• Maintain workplace safety and health (WSH) standards to create a safe environment for both staff and customers.
