Perform daily administrative and clerical duties to support the smooth operation of the office

Prepare, organize, maintain, and file company documents, records, and correspondence

Handle data entry, emails, and other general administrative tasks

Maintain office supplies and stationery, evaluate suppliers, and monitor and update equipment inventory records

Assist to prepare quotations, Delivery Orders (DO) and invoices

Assist with claims, purchase orders, and other administrative documentation

Provide administrative support to management and other departments

Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, including document control, record keeping, audit coordination, corrective actions, and ensuring compliance with established quality procedures

Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management
