ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a motivated, responsible, and team-oriented intern to join our Kuching Branch. This internship provides an opportunity to gain practical exposure to branch administration, customer documentation, insurance matters, and loan processing support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with data entry, documentation, filing, and general branch administration.
• Support insurance renewal, cover note, collection, and reporting activities.
• Assist with loan application documentation and follow-ups.
• Provide support to the branch team in daily operations.

WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualifications & Experience

• Currently pursuing or in last semester in a Diploma/Degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• No prior working experience required.

Skills & Competencies

• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Positive attitude, cooperative and responsible.
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Adaptable and willing to assist the team when required.
