This is not a traditional sales position where you spend the whole day cold calling or searching for customers.

Customers are provided by the company.

Your role is to understand each customer’s financial situation, identify their challenges, explain suitable solutions clearly, and guide them throughout the process.

We will provide you with structured training to develop your financial knowledge, consultation skills and presentation ability.

Job Responsibility

• Conduct one-to-one consultations with customers

• Understand customers’ income, commitments and financial situation

• Analyse customer cases using our calculation system

• Identify financial issues and possible solutions

• Present solutions clearly and professionally

• Assist customers with documentation and financing applications

• Follow up on cases from consultation until completion

• Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent service

• No cold calling. No door-to-door sales. Customers are provided by the company.

1. Salary & Performance Incentive

• Basic Salary: RM3,500

• On top of your basic salary, you will receive incentives based on successfully completed cases.

• 1–4 Successful Cases: RM300 / Case

• 5–7 Successful Cases: RM500 / Case

• 8–10 Successful Cases: RM700 / Case

• 11 Successful Cases & Above: RM800 / Case

1. Potential Monthly Income

• 5 Successful Cases: RM3,500 + RM2,500 = RM6,000

• 8 Successful Cases: RM3,500 + RM5,600 = RM9,100

• 10 Successful Cases: RM3,500 + RM7,000 = RM10,500

• 11 Successful Cases: RM3,500 + RM8,800 = RM12,300
