Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Cosmetology Officer di DXN Holdings Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities :

• Perform facial, massage, body treatments and all services that according to Beaute Salon by DXN service standards.
• Assess customers’ needs and recommend suitable treatments and products.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and proper sanitation of treatment rooms, equipment and tools.
• Manage appointments, prepare treatment rooms and maintain accurate customer treatment records.
• Promote salon services, packages and DXN products to support sales targets.
• Monitor product usage and stock levels, and report replenishment needs.
• Provide professional customer service and ensure customer comfort throughout each treatment.

Requirements :

• Possess a certificate or diploma in Beauty Therapy, Spa Therapy or a related field.
• Preferably have at least 1 year of experience in facial, massage and body treatments. Fresh graduates with relevant training are welcome to apply.
• Have good communication and customer service skills.
• Maintain a professional appearance and good personal hygiene.
• Be responsible, friendly and able to work well in a team.
• Be willing to promote salon treatments, packages and products.
• Be willing to work on weekends and public holidays according to the salon’s operating schedule.
