• Ensure all maintenance activities and engineering systems strictly adhere to the unit's established standards for efficiency and productivity.

• Propose strategic changes to processes, materials, and equipment to continuously improve operational efficiency and service levels.

• Maintain the physical plant and continuously monitor its overall operating efficiency.

• Safeguard the facility by overseeing fire safety systems, including routine inspections of fire alarms and sprinklers.

• Audit completed work orders and perform periodic quality checks on repairs to guarantee all established standards are met.

• Coordinate seamlessly with Housekeeping, Front Office, and other departments to execute room maintenance and necessary repair work.
