Kerja Sepenuh Masa Reservations Agent, Gaji tinggi MYR 2,500 di Le Meridien Petaling Jaya Selangor - Maukerja

• Respond to and handle reservations via emails, telephone calls or online booking channels with excellent customer service
• Work together with the Sales Managers and Revenue Manager and Front Desk to ensure that reservation details are accurate and flow through correctly
• Familiar with Opera System
• One to two years experience in a similar role would be an advantage
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree from an accredited university in Hospitality or Business Administration
• Good communication skills (verbal and listening and writing)
• Must have knowledge in performing the job task assigned to a Reservations Agent
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all responsibilities and tasks.
• Must have a high degree of professional integrity and be able to work in prudent and organized manner.

Job Type: Full-time
