Are you proactive, responsive, and good at solving problems? We are looking for someone with the right attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to handle operational challenges.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily car rental bookings and operational arrangements.
• Coordinate vehicle collection, return, and delivery.
• Monitor vehicle availability and maintain accurate records.
• Respond promptly to operational issues and resolve problems efficiently.
• Be on standby for emergencies and attend to off-site operational needs when required.
• Perform other duties related to car rental operations as assigned.

Requirements

• Possess a valid driving licence.
• At least 1 year of experience in car rental operations.
• Responsive, proactive, and quick to learn.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Not required to be office-based at all times; must be flexible to attend to operational needs at the station or off-site locations when necessary.
• Willing to be on standby and handle emergencies outside normal working hours when required.
