Join the dynamic and fast-paced team at ENC Cargo Pte.Ltd. as a Logistics Coordinator. Working in our Changi Airfreight Centre office, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination and execution of our freight forwarding and cargo handling services. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in the exciting world of logistics and supply chain management.

What you'll be doing

  • Liaise with clients, carriers, and other vendors to coordinate the movement of goods domestically and internationally
  • Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs declarations, and other relevant paperwork
  • Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to counterpart on the progress of their deliveries
  • Collaborate with the operations team to resolve any issues or delays in the supply chain
  • Maintain accurate records and data related to all logistics activities
  • Assist with the implementation of process improvements and the development of new services

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years of experience in a logistics or freight forwarding role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with counterpart and vendors
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service
  • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements
