Study Abroad Advisory is an international education consultancy based in Malaysia, helping students find the right university, programme and study destination. We work with universities and education partners in Malaysia and overseas and support students throughout their journey — from counselling and university applications to visa guidance and enrolment.

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive (Education Counsellor) to join our growing team.

• Counsel prospective students on suitable universities, programmes and study destinations in Malaysia and overseas.
• Follow up with student enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, social media and face-to-face consultations.
• Understand students' academic qualifications, career goals and budget and recommend suitable study options.
• Convert enquiries and leads into successful student applications and enrolments.
• Achieve individual and company student recruitment and sales targets.
• Recruit international students from overseas markets for Malaysian and international universities.
• Develop relationships with students, parents, schools, education agents and international recruitment partners.
• Conduct presentations, education counselling sessions, exhibitions and student recruitment activities when required.
• Follow up closely with prospective students from initial enquiry until registration/enrolment.
• Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure students submit the required documents and applications are processed smoothly.
• Provide basic guidance regarding tuition fees, scholarships, entry requirements, student visas and study pathways.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, applications, follow-ups and enrolments.
• Participate in digital marketing and social media campaigns to generate new student leads.
• Explore new markets and opportunities for international student recruitment.

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Management, Communication, Education or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Previous experience in education counselling, student recruitment, sales or marketing will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable communicating with students and parents from different countries and cultural backgrounds.
• Strong follow-up and sales closing skills.
• Target-driven, proactive and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good command of English. Additional languages will be an advantage.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, social media and other digital communication platforms for student recruitment.
