Job Summary
Step into a high-impact career as a Building Surveyor / Project Manager with Vision Building Forensics. Manage the technical health of diverse property portfolios across Singapore, delivering expert building pathology diagnostics and project leadership.
Responsibilities
Diagnose complex building pathology issues to provide high-value advisory services to asset owners
Lead projects from diagnostic surveys and tender analysis through contract administration to ensure zero-defect delivery
Manage the technical performance and condition of diverse building portfolios across Singapore
Communicate technical findings clearly and effectively to non-technical clients through strong verbal and written skills
Exercise technical autonomy to go beyond basic inspections and deliver comprehensive building health assessments
Follow a structured career progression roadmap from Graduate/Assistant Surveyor to Project Director
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Built Environment, Building Surveying, Project Management, or Civil Engineering
Passion for building pathology and project execution
Meticulous attention to detail
