Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Interview Coordination
- Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Send interview invitations and follow-up communication.
- Support virtual and onsite interview arrangements.
- Document Collection & Processing
- Assist in collecting and verifying candidate documents.
- Prepare and organize onboarding-related documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality and accurate filing of candidate information.
- Administrative Support Update recruitment trackers and databases.
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks for the PS TA team.
- Project &Event Support Assist in PS TA related projects, process improvements, or HR initiatives.
- Support coordination of HR events.
- Participate in internal team projects as assigned.
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team player.
- Minimum CGPA of 3.00 and above.
- Preferably internship duration of 6 months and above.
