About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Recruitment Officer to join our team and help identify, connect with, and engage potential candidates.

In this role, you will play an important part in building our talent pipeline by reaching out to prospective candidates, following up on enquiries, and arranging interviews with our hiring team.

Key Responsibilities

• Candidate Outreach: Make daily outbound calls to introduce career opportunities to prospective candidates.
• Follow-Up & Interview Coordination: Follow up via phone and WhatsApp, and arrange Zoom interviews with interested candidates.
• Database Management: Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment trackers.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor outreach activities, interview bookings, and progress against established targets.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to handle objections professionally and follow up with candidates confidently.
• Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working towards measurable targets.
• Able to work independently while following established processes.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar digital tools.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong sense of responsibility.

No prior experience is required. Candidates with backgrounds in sales, telemarketing, customer service, business development, or recruitment will have an added advantage.
