Job Summary

Support daily HR operations by managing employee records, assisting with leave and attendance processes, coordinating recruitment activities, and preparing HR documentation to ensure smooth and accurate HR administration.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily HR administrative tasks including filing to maintain organized records
• Update and maintain accurate employee records and HR databases for compliance and reporting
• Process leave applications and track attendance to support workforce management
• Enter and support payroll documentation to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing
• Coordinate recruitment activities including scheduling interviews and assisting with onboarding to facilitate hiring processes
• Monitor employee document validity and renewal dates to ensure compliance with company policies
• Prepare HR documents, reports, and letters to support HR communication and record-keeping
• Collaborate with the HR team and supervisor to complete additional HR-related duties as assigned

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word, to support data management and reporting
• Effective communication and organizational skills to coordinate HR tasks and interact with employees
• Attention to detail and responsibility to maintain accurate and confidential employee information
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality of sensitive employee data
