Job Summary

Lead the Housekeeping Department to deliver excellent guest satisfaction through efficient operations, staff training, and interdepartmental coordination in a service apartment setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver polite and effective guest interactions to achieve optimum guest satisfaction
• Manage and oversee smooth and efficient operations of the Housekeeping Department
• Coordinate and collaborate with all departments and employees to maintain a productive and positive work environment
• Respond promptly to guests' needs, queries, and complaints to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Provide hands-on training to housekeeping staff to enhance their skills and performance
• Maintain interior and exterior landscaping to uphold property standards
• Prepare and maintain records and reports as required by the Executive Housekeeper
• Ensure departmental operations comply with directives from the Executive Housekeeper and Management
• Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and utilize IT tools to support department functions
