Job Responsibilities

• Support daily purchasing activities, including processing purchase requisitions (PRs) and purchase orders (POs).

• Review purchase requests and ensure information is complete and accurate before processing.

• Use SAP Ariba to process and track purchasing transactions.

• Follow up with suppliers on order confirmations, delivery schedules and outstanding orders.

• Coordinate with internal departments on purchasing requests and delivery updates.

• Assist with resolving order discrepancies, incorrect deliveries, returns and invoice-related queries.

• Liaise with the Finance / Accounts Payable team on payment and invoice matters.

• Maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier information and order details in SAP.

• Assist with updating purchasing reports and tracking outstanding orders.

• Support the procurement team with other administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Min. Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related discipline.

• Prior experience in purchasing support, procurement administration, order processing or a similar role.

• Experience using SAP Ariba for PR/PO processing is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems will be advantageous.

• Comfortable handling routine purchasing transactions and administrative tasks.

• Detail-oriented, organised and able to follow up on multiple orders.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Able to work independently and support daily procurement operations.
