Job Summary
You will implement, configure, and support software solutions and applications, provide customer training, and deliver post-implementation support to ensure effective software adoption and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Implement software solutions by installing, configuring, and deploying applications to meet client requirements
Provide training to customers to enable effective use of software solutions
Deliver post-implementation support to resolve issues and optimize software performance
Collaborate independently and within teams to achieve project goals and client satisfaction
Manage client interactions professionally to understand needs and provide appropriate solutions
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Experience implementing and supporting software applications, particularly document management and legal technology solutions
Knowledge of Microsoft Entra for identity and access management
Familiarity with Microsoft Intune for device and application management
Understanding of SQL and database concepts to support data-related tasks
Experience using AI tools to enhance software functionality or support
Skills in Windows PowerShell scripting for automation and configuration
Other Information
Candidates must be fluent in spoken and written English to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
