About the Role:

We're looking for an organized, hands-on Operations Executive to keep our fulfillment operations running smoothly. You'll supervise the packing team, keep inventory accurate, coordinate with courier partners, and support customer service on order and returns issues. You'll be a key link between our warehouse, logistics partners, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Fulfillment & Warehouse Operations

• Run daily order fulfillment efficiently and on schedule.

• Supervise packers to ensure orders are packed accurately and dispatched on time.

• Plan packer schedules, daily task assignments, and manpower.

• Monitor packing progress and ensure all orders follow company SOPs.

• Resolve packing errors, missing items, and other fulfillment issues.

2. Inventory & Stock Management

• Monitor daily stock levels and report low-stock and out-of-stock items.

• Receive, check, count, and store incoming stock properly.

• Conduct regular stock counts and ensure physical inventory matches system records.

• Maintain accurate inventory records.

• Monitor packaging material supplies to ensure sufficient stock for daily operations.

3. Supply Chain & Logistics

• Track incoming shipments and expected delivery dates.

• Support stock replenishment and inventory planning.

• Coordinate with courier partners for daily parcel collection.

• Monitor order shipments and follow up on delivery issues.

• Assist with stock transfers and warehouse layout arrangements.

4. Customer Service & Returns Support

• Support the customer service team with order status, fulfillment, and delivery inquiries.

• Investigate complaints about missing items, incorrect orders, damaged products, and delayed deliveries.

• Process returns, exchanges, refunds, and replacement orders.

• Keep accurate records of returns, refunds, and stock adjustments.

• Work with warehouse staff and couriers to resolve customer order issues.

5. General Operational Support

• Maintain daily fulfillment records and operational reports.

• Support warehouse activities during promotional campaigns and peak sales periods.

• Perform other operations and supply chain tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, e-commerce fulfillment, inventory control, or logistics. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may be considered.

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with inventory or order management systems like Shopee, TikTok Shop and Shopify is an added advantage.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for tracking stock and reporting.

• Understanding of stock counting, receiving, and storage best practices.

• Knowledge of courier and last-mile delivery processes is an advantage.

Working Conditions

• Willing to work in a warehouse environment, including standing, lifting, and moving stock.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
