Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Senior Quantity Surveyor di WCT Berhad Selangor - Maukerja

Pre-Contract

• Preparation and submission of documents for tender bid i.e. costing, taking-off, analysis and compilation of tender submission and etc.
• Attend tender briefing and site visit with Senior Manager/Manager followed by preparation of site visit report.
• Assist in value engineering, cost optimization and budget setting.

Post-Contract

• Prepare sub-contract tender document for Procurement, evaluation report and Letter of Award to successful sub-contractors.
• Prepare and submit monthly progress payment.
• Attend to site evaluation / joint measurement.
• Review, recommend, certify and ‘check n balance’ of sub-contractors’ payment. Prepare and submit variation order and claims.
• Prepare final measurement and account.
• Assist in value engineering, cost optimization and budget setting.

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying / Building Survey / Construction Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in civil, infrastructure or building works.
• Knowledge in Civil and Infrastructure will be an added advantage
• Good in Taking-off and Contracts Administrative Works.
• Willing to be based at HQ or project sites, either within or outside the Klang Valley.
