Sales Strategy and Execution:

· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and expand our customer base.

· Identify and target potential customers in the meat processing and distribution sectors.

· Develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts to close sales deals.

Customer Relationship Management:

· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

· Conduct regular visits to customers to understand their needs, address their concerns, and provide solutions.

· Handle customer complaints and provide prompt resolution to maintain positive customer relationships.

· Market Analysis and Development:

· Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitors.

· Develop and present sales proposals and product demonstrations to potential clients.

· Identify and develop new market segments and opportunities for product expansion.

· Product Knowledge and Promotion:

· Gain in-depth knowledge of our meat products, including their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.

· Effectively communicate product information to customers and provide training and support as needed.

· Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

· Sales Reporting and Analysis:

· Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, performance metrics, and market feedback.

· Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

· Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

· Collaboration and Teamwork:

· Collaborate with the production, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

· Participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and industry events to network and promote our products.

· Provide feedback to the product development team on customer needs and market trends.

· Sales Administration:

· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and contract agreements.

· Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities.

· Manage and track inventory levels to ensure product availability for customers.

· Training and Mentorship:

· Participate in ongoing sales training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

· To perform other related functions and activities as assigned / directed by company.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
