We are looking for an experienced AV Support Technician to join our team. If you enjoy practical technical work, troubleshooting and delivering reliable audiovisual installations, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, test and commission AV systems, including displays, digital signage, projectors, audio systems and video conferencing equipment.
• Carry out cabling, equipment mounting and system integration according to project requirements.
• Provide onsite and remote technical support, diagnose faults and resolve equipment or connectivity issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance and service visits.
• Work with the project team to complete installations safely, professionally and on schedule.
• Provide basic user training and prepare installation records, service reports and handover documents.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in AV project installation and technical support.

• Practical knowledge of AV equipment, signal connections, structured cabling and basic networking.

• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• A responsible attitude, attention to detail and good communication skills.

• Willingness to travel to customer sites and work outside normal office hours when projects require.

• A relevant technical certificate or diploma is an advantage.
