Are you the right person that we are looking for?

• Candidate must possess at least an SPM/STPM/Diploma in any field.

• Ability to communicate in local dialects will be an advantage.

• At least 2 years of experience in the retail industry.

• Preferably with working experience in sports retail, sports apparel, or footwear.

• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

• Sales-oriented with strong communication and customer service skills.

• Good working attitude, responsible, punctual, and proactive.

• Able to work independently while supporting and guiding other team members.

• Strong product knowledge and the ability to drive sales performance.

The Senior Retail Associate is responsible for delivering superior customer service, creating an exceptional brand experience, and driving store sales performance. As a brand ambassador for Under Armour, he/she will build strong customer relationships, demonstrate excellent selling techniques, and support the team in achieving store targets and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience in line with Under Armour's brand standards.

• Consistently demonstrate Under Armour selling standards to achieve individual and store sales targets.

• Take the lead in customer engagement by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products, key looks, and current promotions.

• Drive sales through effective cross-selling, upselling, and product recommendations.

• Maintain strong product knowledge to communicate product features, benefits, and performance technologies to customers.

• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in daily store operations and the achievement of business objectives.

• Provide guidance and support to Retail Associates to strengthen product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service standards.

• Assist with staff training, onboarding, and sharing best practices to improve team performance.

• Execute merchandise replenishment, shipment processing, floor sets, markdowns, and stockroom organization in accordance with company standards.

• Monitor merchandise presentation and ensure the sales floor and backroom remain clean, organized, and well-stocked.

• Support inventory management, stock accuracy, and loss prevention procedures.

• Assist in handling customer feedback and resolving service issues professionally.

• Maintain awareness of sales performance, product availability, and promotional activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
