Executive, Operations (Post-Fixture / Chartering) | Permanent | Shenton Way | $3,500

Exciting opportunity for an Executive, Operations to assist and manage all relevant aspects of Post-Fixture Operations for the chartering of container ships for clients worldwide. No prior shipping experience is required as training will be provided.

Location: Asia Square, near Shenton Way MRT
Working hours: 8.30 am to 5.30 pm / 9.00 am to 6.00 pm, Monday to Friday
Employment type: Permanent
Salary: S$3,500
Reports to: Head of Chartering Asia

Summary
To assist and manage with all relevant aspects of Post-Fixture Operations with regards to Chartering of container ships for clients worldwide.

Role and responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the successful delivery of fixtures agreed by the broking team
• Assist other members of the team in post-fixture operational, chartering, and S&P activities, as may be required
• Collect, maintain, and analyse market information including vessel positions, fixture information, and sale and purchase transactions
• Prepare weekly and monthly market reports
• Client liaison and general office duties
• Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the manager
