Job Title: Assistant – Insurance Operations (Credit Control)

Job Responsibilities:

• Follow up with clients, insurers, and inter-office teams on outstanding invoice collections.
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Investigate overdue accounts and coordinate debt recovery activities.
• Liaise with Accounting Operations for payment allocation, offsets, and settlements.
• Monitor outstanding balances and prepare daily/monthly collection reports.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in Credit Control, Accounts Receivable, Collections, or Finance Operations.
• Knowledge of invoice collection, payment reconciliation, and debt management.
• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English to support the Singapore market.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
