The Business Department at Methodist College Kuala Lumpur (MCKL), Brickfields, is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Lecturer in Management, Economics and Business Research to join our team and contribute to our tertiary programmes (Diploma programme).

Areas of Teaching Specialisation

We welcome candidates with expertise in one or more of the following areas:

Management

• Principles of Management
• Organisational Behaviour
• Human Resource Management
• Entrepreneurship
• Project Management   

AND

Economics

• Microeconomics
• Macroeconomics

Additional Requirement

Business Research

• Business Research Methods
• Research Methodology
• Quantitative and Qualitative Research
• Business Data Analysis
• Research Design and Sampling
• Academic Writing and Research Report Preparation

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lectures, tutorials and student-centred learning activities.
• Develop teaching materials, assessments and learning resources.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Support curriculum development, assessment moderation and quality assurance activities.
• Provide academic guidance and support to students.
• Contribute to departmental initiatives and academic activities.

Requirements

• A Master's degree in Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Relevant tertiary-level teaching experience is an advantage.
• Strong subject knowledge in one or more of the identified teaching areas.
• Good communication, interpersonal and classroom management skills.
• A passion for teaching, student development and continuous professional growth.

Candidates with the ability to teach across multiple subject areas will be an added advantage.
