Role Overview
Drive personal sales, provide excellent customer service, and support the Retail Supervisor in daily store operations while guiding junior team members.

Job Scope

• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products through strong product knowledge.

• Build customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases through attentive service and follow-up.

• Support junior team members with product knowledge, selling techniques, and store procedures.

• Assist the Retail Supervisor with daily tasks and take responsibility for assigned duties.

• Process payments, exchanges, and returns accurately according to company procedures.

• Assist with stock receiving, replenishment, stock counts, and inventory checks.

• Maintain product displays, store cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.

• Support promotional activities and communicate offers clearly to customers.

• Handle routine customer enquiries and escalate complex issues to the Retail Supervisor.
