JRole Overview

We are looking for a Project Sales Executive to drive sales activities and manage client relationships from initial enquiry through to project award. This is a client-facing role that combines business development, tender costing, and project coordination. You will work closely with directors, technical teams, and clients to secure new projects and ensure smooth handover to execution.

This is not a purely desk-bound role. You will be expected to attend meetings, visit client sites, and represent the company at industry events and business entertainment functions when required.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new project opportunities with existing and potential clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers
  • Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline from enquiry to closure
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth

Tender & Costing

  • Prepare project costings, quotations, and tender submissions in coordination with the technical team
  • Review tender specifications and ensure proposals are competitive and accurate
  • Assist in negotiating contract terms and pricing with clients

Client & Project Coordination

  • Attend client meetings with directors and senior management
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project requirements are clearly communicated
  • Support the transition from sales to project execution
  • Attend industry events, supplier meetings, and business entertainment functions as needed

Reporting & Administration

  • Maintain records of sales activities, client communications, and project status
  • Provide regular updates to management on sales performance and market feedback

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
