Key Responsibilities

* Assist in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.

* Prepare, issue, and process invoices, billing documents, and payment records.

* Prepare and analyse weekly and monthly aging reports for cash flow monitoring.

* Assist in preparing and submitting applications for business licences, permits, and other official registrations.

* Assist in completing and submitting bank forms, government forms, and other official documents.

* Liaise with relevant authorities, banks, and external parties regarding administrative matters.

* Maintain proper and organised filing systems for both physical and digital documents.

* Ensure accurate handling and maintenance of company and client information in accordance with internal protocols.

* Assist with administrative coordination and follow up on pending applications, documents, and submissions.

* Support ad-hoc administrative tasks, special projects, and other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

* Currently pursuing a Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Records Management, Corporate Administration, Management, or related field.

* Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

* Basic knowledge of accounting is an advantage.

* Familiarity with accounting software is a plus.

* Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,200.00 per month
