Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
• Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
• Manage room reservations, bookings, and guest inquiries.
• Answer telephone calls, emails, and online inquiries promptly.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
• Maintain accurate guest records and front desk documentation.
• Handle payment transactions and prepare billing when required.
• Ensure the front office and reception area are neat and presentable.

• Job Requirements
• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in hotel or customer service is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly personality with a positive attitude.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS), reservation systems, and front office software will be an added advantage.
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Additional languages are an advantage.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
