Kerja Sepenuh Masa Mechanical Design Assistant Engineer, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,000 di ARMOR METAL PRECISION SDN.BHD. Johor - Maukerja

• 2D & 3D Design and Modeling:
• Perform detailed 2D drafting and 3D modeling of precision mechanical components, using industry-standard CAD software (SolidWorks & AutoCAD).
• Die and Tooling Design:
• Perform detailed 3D and 2D design of progressive stamping dies and related tooling components (punches, die plates, punch holder, etc.).
• Create detailed manufacturing drawings for all die components, ensuring adherence to internal tooling standards.
• Simulation
• Perform full-incremental forming simulation for new progressive dies using FEA sofware (Simufact Forming)
• Trial and Optimization:
• Support the tooling fabrication and production teams during die assembly, try-out, and debugging phases.
• Implement necessary design changes to improve tool reliability, cycle time, and part quality.
• Collaboration and Documentation:
• Manage and maintain design files and documentation within the company\'s PDM/PLM system.
• Work with suppliers and manufacturing partners to ensure design feasibility (Design for Manufacturability - DFM) and cost-effectiveness.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
