SUMMARY BENEFITS

• High commission, Potential annual income $50,000-$80,000

• 5 working days, 9am-6pm

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Achieve monthly sales targets and company revenue goals.

• Manage full-cycle search and recruitment activities forexecutive and non-executive roles.

• Handle job offers, remuneration, and compensationdiscussions with clients and candidates.

• Advise clients and job seekers on market and employmenttrends.

• Drive business development, managing and growing clientrelationships.

• Collaborate with clients on recruitment strategies andplans.

• Work with team members to achieve collective goals.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• No experience required, training will be provided

• Sales driven, resilience, good communication andinterpersonal skills

• Able to perform in a fast-paced environment

• Candidates with CEI Certificate and recruitment experiencewill have added advantage
