Important: Only candidates with industrial sales experience will be considered. Experience in palm oil, environmental solutions, process equipment, or CEMS is a strong advantage.

We need you to have:

- A diploma or degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or a related field)

- Minimum 2–3 years of industrial sales experience

- Willingness to travel extensively across Peninsular Malaysia

- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to explain complex solutions in simple terms

- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills

- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently

- A valid driving licence

Ecos Link Solutions Sdn Bhd is a provider of Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems (CEMS) and environmental solutions for the palm oil industry in Malaysia. We specialise in analyser systems, calibration services, and dust-removal technology for boiler applications.

We are looking for a Sales Engineer to grow our market share across palm oil mills in Malaysia. Your mission is to secure calibration service contracts for CEMS and promote our high-performance dust-removal system for boiler applications.

What you will do:

- Visit palm oil mills in Peninsular Malaysia to engage decision-makers and technical teams

- Develop and execute a sales plan to expand our CEMS calibration service portfolio

- Promote and demonstrate the benefits of our dust-removal system for boiler efficiency, fuel savings, and compliance with environmental standards

- Build long-term relationships with mill managers, engineers and procurement teams

- Provide technical presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs

- Work closely with the service team to ensure smooth delivery and after-sales support

- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to refine sales strategy

• Base salary RM 3,000 to RM 5,000 per month, plus commission
