Job Description & Requirements

Requirements:

· Degree in Civil/StructuralEngineeringrecognized by the ProfessionalEngineers BoardSingapore

· Min 5 years of experience in various projects

· Good communication skills and a team player

· Positive working attitude and highly adaptable

Responsibilities:

1. Need to work with a Site Manager withinthesame areas of work

2. Ensure all contractual requirementsarecomplied with agreed procedures

3. Liaise with the Consultant Representativeonproject matters

4. Coordinate with Project Manager ontheproject matters

5. Coordinate with all Subcontractors onmatterspertaining to site and quality issues

6. Co-ordinate with QAQC Engineer toensurequality performance of project tomeetcustomer requirements

7. Coordinate and work closely with thesiteforemen, supervisors and all workers on site

8. Check working drawing, identifydiscrepanciesfor resolution

9. Review project specifi cations, technicalclarifi cation and construction drawings

10. Ensure the site operations comply withtheProject Quality Plan, including quality,environmental and occupational health & safety

11. Ensure proactive measures are adopted forissues relating to quality, environmental andoccupational health & safety

12. Execute, monitor and ensure the timelycompletion of the project

13. Maintain inspection records of works,materials and all completed works

14. Implement cost control measures to meetproject budget

15. To assist environmental aspects and impacts,and other environmental issues relating to EMS

16. Keeping track on variation and claims ofcontract and cost impact and feedbackinformation to the Project Manager

17. Coordinate with architect, structuralengineer and M&E consultant and vendors toresolve construction and installation issues

18. Check for quality of work according tospecification and requirement

19. Report and assist the Project Manager on allprojects issues including attending projectmeetings

20. Follow up and expedite on the projectcompletion such as progress, TOP, handover asper contract timeline
