Kerja Sepenuh Masa Customer Service Advisor - Ar Rahnu Express, Gaji tinggi MYR 2,500 di HABIB Group Selangor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by attending to customers' enquiries and assisting them with their needs.
• Recommend suitable products and explain product features to help customers make informed decisions.
• Handle sales transactions and cash accurately in accordance with company procedures.
• Prepare and verify customer documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with company requirements.
• Work towards achieving individual sales targets and supporting the branch's overall sales performance.
• Assist in daily branch operations to ensure smooth operations and maintain a clean, neat, and welcoming outlet.
• Participate in marketing campaigns, roadshows, and promotional activities organised by Ar-Rahnu Express and HABIB Group.
• Build good customer relationships and promote the company's products and services.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Diploma and Degree holders are encouraged to apply.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, retail, banking, FMCG, or customer service is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive and helpful attitude.
• Basic computer skills and able to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and Public Holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
