- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial concepts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Good numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, organised and responsible.
- Willing to learn and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to commit to the internship period as required by the university.
Tanggungjawab
- Assist the Finance Department with daily financial and accounting operations.
- Assist in data entry, documentation and filing of financial records.
- Support the preparation of invoices, payment vouchers and other financial documents.
- Assist in processing supplier invoices and payment records.
- Assist with bank reconciliation and account reconciliation.
- Support the preparation of monthly financial reports and statements.
- Assist in checking and verifying financial transactions and supporting documents.
- Perform general administrative duties and other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Finance Department.
