Roles & Responsibilities

·      Manageany sales-related queries local offices have

·      SupportSales and Service KPI management, including performance tracking, analysis, andcontinuous improvement actions

·      SupportBusiness Dashboard rollout and system adoption support across countries

·      DriveSOP change management for Chat, booking and documentation processes, includingcommunication and implementation support. stakeholder management

·      Set,monitor and analysis country performance for dry/reefer OOG to improve theirperformance to meet target, including but not restricted to CGM numbers

·      Supportglobal CRM team on case management analysis to identify trends, gaps, andimprovement opportunities

·      Workwith GCSM to promote service quality target for ONE, cargo Turn around Time,Customer visit etc

·      ManageDemurrage and Detention, Long Stay Containers, Surcharge improvement cases

·      Assistin managing and auditing SAS Sales processes and harmonising salesdata/reporting

Requirements

·      Bachelor’sDegree in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, Data Analytics, or arelated field.

·      2-3years of experience in sales excellence / management, or business / dataanalysis

·      Experiencein the shipping and maritime industry is preferred

·      Experiencewith CRM / case management systems and processes is preferred

·      Familiarwith visualisation tools (such as Power BI, Tableau) to develop dashboards andmetrics for generating useful insights

·      Highproficiency in Excel (pivots, VLOOKUPs) and visualization tools (Tableau orPower BI)

·      Abilityto manage stakeholders across different organizational levels and geographies
