Tanggungjawab

We are looking for a Java Full-Stack Developer with 4–6 years of experience in developing and maintaining enterprise web applications across frontend and backend layers. The candidate should have hands-on experience with Java-based frontend technologies, Java backend development, REST APIs, database integration, and application testing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain frontend and backend components of enterprise applications.
  • Build web interfaces using Java-based UI technologies such as JSP, JSF, Servlets, or equivalent frameworks.
  • Develop backend services and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Integrate frontend components with backend services and external systems.
  • Implement business logic, validations, and transaction workflows.
  • Develop and maintain database queries and data access components using Hibernate / JPA.
  • Write unit and integration tests and participate in code reviews.
  • Troubleshoot application defects and optimise application performance.
  • Follow secure coding practices and enterprise development standards.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, QA engineers, architects, and other developers.
  • Work onsite at the client location and participate in project delivery activities.

Required Technical Skills

Frontend

  • Java-based web technologies: JSP, JSF, Servlets, or equivalent.
  • HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • MVC architecture and frontend/backend integration.
  • REST API integration and JSON/XML handling.

Backend

  • Java 8 or above; Java 11/17 preferred.
  • Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Security.
  • RESTful API development and integration.
  • Microservices fundamentals.
  • Hibernate / JPA.

Database& Tools

  • SQL and relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
  • Maven or Gradle, Git.
  • JUnit, Mockito, and Postman.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile / Scrum practices.
  • Exposure to application servers such as Tomcat, WebLogic, or JBoss.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of hands-on full-stack development experience.
  • Experience delivering enterprise Java web applications.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
