Fresh graduates are welcome
Handle paperwork and scanning documents
Prepare and check shipping documents, including invoices, packing list, bill of lading and customs declarations
Coordinate with shipping line, freight forwarder, customers, suppliers and overseas agents
Handle Import & Export permit declarations & Customs clearance
Manage day to day operations & transactions
Any other duties as assigned by superior/management
