Job Description
Establish and implement an efficient project-related documents control register, database and hard copy filing system.
Keeping track of important project documents such as project plans, blueprints, vendor contracts and drawings
Creating reports for construction manager
Ensure that all requests for documents are addressed in an efficient and expedited manner
Performing data entry tasks when project documents need
Ensure document distribution, both in electronic and hard copies, is carried out efficiently
Plan and record documents flow to and from all necessary parties, including clients, sub- contractors and the project office.
Record issues and track location of control documents and drawings.
Issue letters and receipts concerning the documents in circulation.
Ensure the documents are managed in strict confidentiality.
Perform all duties in accordance with company policies, processes, systems and procedures.
Job Requirement
Diploma/Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or other associated disciplines
Proficient in Microsoft Office Application (Word, Excel, Power Point)
At least 1 year of Document controller working experience in Construction industry

was established to perform works for “Contract J109 – Design and Construction of Toh Guan Station, Jurong Town Hall Station, Pandan Reservoir Station and Viaduct for Jurong Region Line”
The Joint Venture is formed by Daewoo Engineering & Construction Co Ltd and Yongnam Engineering & Construction Pte Ltd. Both Daewoo and Yongnam have a wealth of experience in infrastructure projects across Singapore.
