Responsibilities
Kitchen Operations
Prepare food timely according to SOPs
Work across kitchen stations, including cutting sashimi, gunkan, side dishes, kaburi and grilled items
Follow food handling and hygiene standards
Maintain safety and cleanliness in the kitchen
Undertake ad hoc duties assigned
Cutting Crew
Fish processing, including weighing, de-icing and filleting
Perform basic knife work (e.g. slicing fish)
Able to carry cartons about 10kg each (Platform trolley provided)
Comfortable working in a cold room environment (jacket provided)
Keep the cutting area clean, and sanitise equipment, tools and work areas in line with food safety regulations
Requirements
Good teamwork and communication skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks
Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
Basic command of English
Experience in raw food processing or kitchen operations is an added advantage
