YOUR NEW JOB
The Sales Manager – Thailand will be responsible for growing new business in the Thailand market, targeting direct clients, advertisers, advertising agencies & media agencies.
You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting & qualification through proposals, negotiation, closing & relationship management.
This is a permanent full-time or 12-month renewable contract role, based in HarbourFront, working Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm - with WFH.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Develop & execute the sales plan for the Thailand market
Identify & win new clients through outbound prospecting, cold outreach, networking & referrals
Build & manage a strong sales pipeline across direct clients, advertisers & agencies
Engage decision-makers to understand their lead generation & customer acquisition needs
Prepare proposals, presentations & commercial recommendations
Manage the full sales cycle from first contact through negotiation & contract closure
Achieve agreed sales, revenue & new client acquisition targets
Maintain accurate pipeline, sales forecasts & client activity records
Work with internal teams to ensure proposed solutions meet client requirements
Monitor Thailand market trends, competitors & new business opportunities
Attend client meetings, industry events & networking activities
WHAT IS NEEDED FROM YOU
Proven experience in B2B sales, business development or new client acquisition
Native fluency in Thai
Good understanding of the Thailand market & local business environment
Track record of winning new clients & achieving sales targets
Strong outbound sales experience, including cold calling, prospecting & account opening
Strong presentation, communication & negotiation skills
Comfortable managing the full sales cycle independently
Self-motivated, commercially driven & comfortable with individual sales targets
Willing to travel for client meetings & business development when required
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT
Experience selling to advertisers, media agencies, advertising agencies or digital businesses
Background in lead generation, digital marketing, performance marketing, online advertising or customer acquisition
Existing network of Thai clients or agencies
Experience developing a market from the ground up
