Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with tech leads and software developers, contributing to the front-end development of modern web applications and digital platforms.
• Alongside the tech lead, lead the design and implementation of scalable, responsive, and user-centric front-end solutions using modern frameworks and technologies in a Cloud environment.
• Take ownership of code review / pull request review involving front-end applications, UI components, client-side integrations, and performance optimization opportunities to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with the technology lead to respond to internal and external audit requirements, ensuring recommendations related to front-end security, accessibility, and compliance are implemented accordingly.
• Engage with product owners, architects, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into intuitive and efficient user experiences.
• Implement best practices, coding standards, accessibility guidelines, and development methodologies to enhance team productivity, maintainability, and front-end code quality.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize the performance, scalability, usability, and reliability of front-end applications deployed in the Cloud.
• Work closely with backend, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration, deployment, and operation of applications.
• Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, UI/UX principles, front-end frameworks, and technological advancements to continually enhance the team's front-end development capabilities.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team and with other departments to achieve project goals and deliver exceptional user experiences.

Technical Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or information technology
• 3 - 5 years working experience
• Profound expertise in Flutter (Dart) application development, including state management, reusable widget design, responsive UI development, and cross-platform mobile application delivery.
• Required: Experience in developing and integrating front-end applications with RESTful APIs, microservices-based backend services, and cloud-native platforms.
• Strong knowledge of modern front-end development principles, including UI/UX best practices, application performance optimization, accessibility standards, responsive design, and mobile application architecture using Flutter.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in software development teams and contribute to backend development processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, capable of addressing complex technical challenges.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating seamless collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Eagerness to stay updated on the latest backend technologies and industry trends, with a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
