Key Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations with parents and families to understand their needs, budgets, and educational goals.

• Develop personalised education plans based on students' academic backgrounds, language abilities, and future aspirations.

• Recommend suitable educational pathways, including government schools, international schools, private schools, and higher education institutions.

• Explain admission requirements, application procedures, fees, potential risks, and future progression opportunities.

• Manage client enquiries, prepare proposals and quotations, follow up with prospective clients, and close deals.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of education planning and school application services.

• Maintain client records and contribute to improving consultation processes and service standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in education consulting, student recruitment, or overseas education advisory.

• Good knowledge of Singapore's education system and student admission pathways.

• Strong consultation, communication, and client relationship management skills.

• Proven ability to understand client needs, develop suitable solutions, and drive sales conversion.

• Able to work independently and manage clients professionally.

• Responsible, detail-oriented, and committed to providing realistic and reliable education advice.
