We are expanding our team and seeking motivated individuals to join us in the following positions:

·      Project Architect

·      Design Architect

·      Graduate Architect (Part II)

We offer opportunities to work on a diverse range of architectural projects, from concept design through to construction, within a collaborative and design-driven environment.

Requirements

·      Recognised Degree in Architecture (LAM Part II qualification).

·      Preferably 3–5 years of relevant architectural experience for Design Architect and Project Architect positions.

·      Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for Graduate Architect positions.

·      Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Photoshop.

·      Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

·      Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

Depending on the position and level of experience:

·      Undertake architectural design, design development and preparation of project documentation.

·      Prepare authority submissions, tender and construction drawings.

·      Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and relevant authorities.

·      Assist in or manage contract administration and project delivery from design through to construction.
