Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Education Consultant role based in Singapore. The Education Consultant will guide prospective and current students through programme selection, admission requirements and academic pathways, providing clear information aligned with their goals. The role involves conducting consultations, responding to enquiries via various channels, and delivering presentations or briefings about ASCENSUS Institute’s programmes and services. The Education Consultant will collaborate with academic and marketing teams to convert leads into confirmed student enrolments. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining detailed records, following up with students and offering ongoing support to enhance their overall learning experience.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Educational Consulting and Education to advise students on suitable programmes and progression pathways.
• Demonstrated Consulting skills, including needs analysis, solution recommendation and structured guidance for diverse learner profiles.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for consultations, presentations and clear information sharing.
• Proven Customer Service capabilities to support students and families with empathy, professionalism, and timely assistance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Familiarity with private education regulations and practices in Singapore; experience with EduTrust-certified institutions is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple student cases simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with common office and CRM software tools.
