We are seeking an organized and reliable Operations & Admin Assistant to join our team. This role is responsible for handling general administration and support to keep our daily logistics and operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle general documentation, filing, and record keeping
- Support operations with job sheets, POD (Proof of Delivery) filing, and document tracking
- Coordinate office supplies, vendors, and handle basic procurement tasks
- Assist in accurate data entry, reporting, and general ad-hoc administrative duties
- Support Operations tasks as assigned
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in general administration or operations support
- Minimum ‘N’ Level, ‘O’ Level or Higher NITEC qualification
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) for data entry and reporting
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to track physical and digital delivery documentation efficiently
- Immediate or short-notice starters are highly preferred
