JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a responsible, organised, and detail-oriented Admin to join our outlet team in Johor Bahru. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily administrative and outlet operations while ensuring proper documentation and records are maintained.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage daily administrative tasks and outlet documentation.
• Maintain and update staff attendance, leave, and related records.
• Prepare and organise documents, reports, forms, and filing.
• Assist with stock, sales, and outlet-related administrative records.
• Key in and update data accurately into relevant systems or spreadsheets.
• Handle correspondence, emails, and basic office communication.
• Assist the Outlet Manager/Supervisor with daily administrative matters.
• Coordinate with Head Office/HR regarding staff and administrative matters.
• Monitor office and outlet supplies and assist with stock requests when required.
• Perform any other administrative duties assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience in administration or retail operations is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Organised, responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willing to work according to outlet operating hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
